The first day in my French 453 class, our professor, Dr. Hudson, asked the class why they had taken his course, which could have been considered unconventional at best by some. I had just signed up on a whim and didn't have a cool answer. One student's answer however impressed me, he said "I don't take classes, I take professors" meaning that he had added the class on the strength of the teacher, not the subject material. So...with that in mind, we would like to help you out in preparing your next semester schedule by pooling our information together. Please comment on this post and tell us all what teacher you would "take" if given the opportunity to select from any in the department and let us know why.
