What:
The Salt Lake City chapter of the Alliance Française is offering a choir workshop for music lovers. The class will combine vocal diction work and effective performance in French with personal attention given to each participant. (Many characteristics carry-over to singing in other romance languages such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Latin).
Where:
The workshop will be held in the basement of the Dolores Dore Eccles Ceramic Center at Westminster College. (There is a free parking if you drive on 17th south between 1100East and 1300 East.)
When:
Every Friday from 7:40 until 9:10pm
Session 1 will start on Friday September 28, 2012 until October 26.
Session 2 will start on Friday November 4 until December 6 . (No class on Thanksgiving week)
How much:
The cost is $110.00 per session, 5x1.5hr/week.
Instructor:
Mr Daniel Belgique, former member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and language coach, and currently adjunct Assistant Professor of French at the BYU-SLCtr and the Alliance Française will lead the workshop.
