Below are listed some details on the Winter program:
• In classes and on their own, students will explore art museums, parks,
and boulevards, sample French bread and pastries, and just enjoy the atmosphere.
• In the Paris Walks class, students will visit the many museums, government
buildings, war memorials, cathedrals, and universities in Paris.
The program will also include day trips to sites near Paris, such as the Chartres

• Courses will be taught in the Church’s institute building, which is located in
the center of the city.
• Three trips are planned outside of Paris: to Mont Saint-Michel, Normandy,
and World War II sites; Brussels and the European Union; and Nice and the
Provence Region (this trip will depend on exchange rates and the program
budget).
French 101 is required before departure. Students also choose at least twelve credits for the semester. The professors will help you choose classes that will work for your major or minor!
The Study Abroad will take place from approximately the 15 January–13 April 2010.
