Nanny in Paris Opportunity

Great Opportunity to be a nanny in Paris, France! Read this call for applicants and send them an email if you're interested.

We are an American couple living in Paris, France with our 5 children ages 12, 10, 8, and 5 year old twins.

We are looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy, responsible, fun, outgoing, dynamic young adult who's looking for adventure, preferably comes from a big family, has lots of babysitting experience, and would like to sightsee and practice his/her French with a gorgeous backdrop, and delicious pastries and cheeses at every corner.

Timing: (3-6 months) After Winter Semester (April through June 2014), another for Fall 2014 until Christmas, and then again January 2015 through June if possible.

Primarily, we are looking for someone who knows her/his Divine Role in life, and treats him/herself and others with love and respect, who honors and serves The Lord, and who could be a light in our home and a fantastic example to our children.

Next, someone who can be responsible to get children from school (on public transportation, or simply walking in the neighborhood), prepare simple meals, help kids with homework in French and English, practice piano, bring/pick up children from activities, bathe, babysit, play with and teach them 30-35 hours/week. I, the mother, would often be present and work alongside you. The schedule would permit simultaneous online coursework and concurrent continuing education.

One of the 5 year old twins is deaf, has a cochlear implant, other learning difficulties, and is full of laughter and life. If you know ASL or have Special Education training, that could be a big plus for us and him. He speaks only English.

The other children (4 girls) are bilingual in French/English.

We've lived in the heart of Paris for 14 years.

My husband is the Bishop of the Paris Ward. I am currently serving as the Young Women's President.
