French Department Colloquium: Bruce Hayes

Bonne année, chers amis- We are pleased to announce our first department colloquium of the year, which will take place THIS Thursday: BYU French Studies alumnus and associate professor of French at the University of Kansas Bruce Hayes will be presenting a talk followed by a Q&A to both faculty and students - the title: Cruel Humor, Suspicious Humor: The Evolution of Humor in a Time of Religious Conflict, France 1534-1572 at 4-5:15pm in 4188 JFSB (the English department conference room) Thursday, January 16th 2014.
