| The Consul General of Germany will be giving a presentation this Thursday. |
First off the German Department has sent out an open invitation to attend a lecture being given by the Consul General of Germany. The lecture will be in English, so no German knowledge is required to attend this presentation. He will be talking about the European financial crisis that is taking place. This should be a pretty awesome lecture, so if you can make it...go!

Next up we have a classic activity from Le Club. I'm super pleased to announce this years Soirée B.D.! So in English terms, this is Comic Book Night! And mind you these won't be an random comics...these are the bees knees of Francophone comics. There will be a specific presentation on Tintin (ahhh!) that you will not want to miss. For those of you who don't know who Tintin is, check out the wikipedia article here. For those of you who are fans, check out the trailer for the upcoming movie here.
