About the Job
Stampin' Up! is looking for a full time employee who will provide high level of direct support to assigned group of top performing and other assigned demonstrators to provide them—and their downline demonstrators—with the tools needed to succeed in managing their business.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide accurate and timely information to demonstrators via phone and e-mail conversations. Research and resolve questions and issues pertaining to assigned demonstrators.
Provide bilingual assistance to demonstrators contacting Demonstrator Support via Contact Center or SAM program as needed or assigned by management.
Strive to build morale and spread a positive attitude among demonstrators and the team.
Act as a liaison between assigned demonstrators and other company departments. Promote the feeling of having a direct connection to the company within the demonstrator base.
Confidently and positively represent the company in written and verbal communication with demonstrators.
Maintain familiarity with all assigned demonstrator statuses and their progress toward goals and achievements. Regularly and proactively praise demonstrators for their accomplishments.
Act as a resource to demonstrators, providing coaching, weekly tips, motivational thoughts, business tips, and identifying other business building resources.
Keep demonstrators updated on new and upcoming events, specials, and promotions, informing them of deadlines and reminding them of cutoff dates.
Inform and educate demonstrators on company policies and guidelines.
Compile and research demonstrator statistical reports, personalizing the information to keep demonstrators updated and on track to meet financial goals.
Maintain demonstrator information and statistics for reference and for organizing accounts.
Help other departments with special projects, calls, and assignments as needed.
Assist with various training needs including teleconferences, SAM team training, and other department training assignments.
Support and implement company and department initiatives in everyday work.
Assist with other projects and assignments as designated by SAM supervisor.
Requirements:
Bilingual language ability required (French)
High school graduate or equivalent education.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with professional e-mail and telephone etiquette.
Previous customer service experience and strong customer service skills with resourcefulness in solving problems.
Excellent knowledge of company policies, procedures, and applications (Score/OEX).
General knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
Leadership skills.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must possess initiative and willingness to take direction.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
