This might be applicable to a very small number of people, but it is still cool to see, even if it never impacts your life directly.
The Silver Spring, MD stake organized a French-speaking branch last month! Their chapel is located at 8116 Carroll Ave, Takoma Park, MD 20912 and meet at 12:30. Only a ride on the metro from the Washington D.C. Temple, this could be the ideal place for you to live if you're going to move to the D.C. area and would like to "get your parlay on" while at Church. Real shocker as well, but most of the members in this branch are recent converts and come from all over the world, so there would be plenty of opportunity to serve. So if you are looking for a place to move to back East, or just a ward to visit while vacationing in the nation's capital, I'm sure the branch (the Takoma Park branch) would love to rencontrer you!
