Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program

Howard University, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of State, invites outstanding individuals interested in international affairs and careers in the U.S. Foreign Service to apply for the 2009 Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellowships. Graduating seniors and recent college graduates with strong academic records and an interest in international affairs are encouraged to apply. Those selected will receive support for graduate school and enter into one of the most exciting and rewarding careers available.

The application deadline is January 23, 2009.
