French ban on instructor ratings site

Earlier this week a French tribunal decided to shut down the French instructor rating site note2be.com, ordering them to stop several site rating functions and pay damages to some 50 instructors named on the site. Educational Minister, Xavier Darcos, supported the actions saying that teachers and professors should be protected from "anonymous attacks on the Internet."
