
We hope everyone is planning on attending Cheese Night on Wednesday Jan. 31st, 7pm in the Wilk Terrace. Just to get your mouths watering, here's a little preview of what to expect!
- Brie
- A soft cow's milk cheese named after Brie, the French province in which it originated.
- Camembert
- Made from unpasteurized cow's milk, and ripened for at least three weeks.
- Boursin
- A soft creamy cheese available in a variety of flavors.
- Port-Salut
- A semi-soft pasteurized cow's milk cheese from Brittany with a distinctive orange crust and a mild flavor.
