We just wanted to remind you about our weekly mobilization meeting which we will be holding tomorrow at 6pm. As always, we will be discussing, planning, and learning in Room 184 of the Tanner Building on the campus of Brigham Young University.
At this particular meeting we will be privileged to hear from Personnel Director Rob Polo, who will be explaining how to write a fundraising letter, who to send those letters to, trip deadlines and expectations, and anything else necessary to prepare for service in Haiti this summer.
In addition to Rob's presentation, we will be discussing in greater detail what is to be expected for those who go to Haiti this summer and what is needed from volunteers as we prepare.
We were please to see several new faces at the last meeting and hope to see more as friends and acquaintances try to decide what they will spend this upcoming summer doing!
